The project is planned to be started from Jan 2011. The total timeline for the project is 18 Months for phase II.

After starting in Jan 2011 about 3 months will be required to reach upto plinth level. Followed by which three months each for each floor (including RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, finishing etc.) Hence for 4 floors total of 12 months will be required. Additional 3 months for site development, installation of services like fire fighting, water supply, lifts electric connection etc. Marketing and sale of project will be done from April 2011onwards when the project will reach unto plinth level.

It is expected that entire construction on 4 floors for about 17800sqft along with site development shall be completed within 18 months approximately.
