Dhanraj Kalash – I was taken up as a project during the period 1989-1993. The project at that point of time was the best designed commercial complex of Betul with all modern facilities. The project was done on a self supporting mechanism i.e. no external financial support was taken.

Today the location of Dhanraj Kalash is a well established commercial location and can be treated equivalent to down town area.

Betul is growing fast as a regional service town and being well connected by road & rail to Bhopal, Nagpur & Indore is proving itself as a town with adequate viability & sustainability. Hence there lies great potential in development of second phase of Dhanraj Kalash.
